Response time: within 2 business days for all messages. Most reach a real person within 24 hours. We're based in Dallas, Texas, USA — replies arrive in US business hours.

2. The editor (free)

The Resume Blox editor is free forever. If something is broken — a block won't save, the PDF won't export, a theme renders wrong, your account won't sign in — email us with:

  • What you were trying to do.
  • What happened instead.
  • Your browser and OS, if you know them.
  • A screenshot if it's a visual issue.

We will not ask for your password. We will never ask for it. Clerk handles authentication; we don't see it.

3. Paid products

Paid products today: the Career Analysis Review (one-time, $9.99). Coaching subscriptions are not yet live. Pricing and features are listed on the pricing page.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Charges appear on your statement as RESUMEBLOX or V3S SOFTWARE.

4. Refunds

Career Analysis Review ($9.99, one-time): if your report doesn't deliver, or if it arrives but doesn't match the role and geography you specified, we'll refund you in full. Email us within 14 days of purchase. No interrogation, no forms, no "are you sure?".

Refunds land back on the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If a coaching subscription becomes available in the future, its refund terms will be displayed at checkout and listed here.

5. Career Analysis Review didn't arrive

After payment, the report is generated and emailed to the address on your account. If 30 minutes have passed and you don't see it:

  • Check your spam / junk / promotions folder.
  • Sign in to Resume Blox — purchased reports are also viewable in-app under your account.
  • If still missing, email us with your account email and we'll either re-send or refund.

6. Account, billing, and data

  • Cancel a purchase before it's processed: the Career Analysis Review is one-time, so once the report has been delivered the purchase is complete. Before delivery (typically a few minutes after payment), email us and we'll cancel and refund.
  • Delete your account: from the account modal in the studio, or by emailing us. Account and saved-resume data is removed within 30 days of the request.
  • Export your data: every resume has a one-click PDF export in the studio. For account metadata or report archives, email us and we'll send a copy.

7. Reporting abuse or a security issue

If you discover a security vulnerability, please email support@v3s.dev with the subject "security" and a description of the issue. We'll acknowledge within 1 business day and won't pursue legal action against good-faith research that respects user privacy and avoids service disruption.

To report abuse of the platform (impersonation, harassment, fraud), email the same address with the subject "abuse" and the details.

8. Status

Resume Blox runs on Cloudflare's edge network. If you're seeing widespread issues, check cloudflarestatus.com first — most outages route through there. If Cloudflare is healthy and Resume Blox isn't, email us.
